Keynote/Retreat Leader: Father Louis Merosne has a profound love for the Holy Trinity, the Blessed Mother, and the Catholic Church. Originally from Haiti, he moved to Boston in 1993, where he pursued studies at Franciscan University, earning an undergraduate degree in French, philosophy, and theology (2002-2005) and a graduate degree in theology and Christian ministry (2005-2007). Ordained in 2011, he now serves faithfully in the Diocese of Anse-à-Veau and Miragoâne in Haiti under Bishop Pierre-André Dumas. Passionate about proclaiming the Good News of Jesus Christ, Father Louis is dedicated to living out his vocation with zeal, continually praying to grow as a holy priest.  

Sneak Peak: Join us on a mission led by Fr. Louis Merosne as we prepare our hearts for the blessings of Lent. Through his guidance, we’ll dive into what it means to live our faith authentically, nurturing our spiritual growth and strengthening our roles as leaders within our community.

Set against the serene shores of Choctawhatchee Bay, Camp Timpoochee invites us to step back from the busyness of daily life and find a space of reflection and renewal. Let’s come together with open hearts to receive Fr. Merosne’s wisdom and guidance, journeying deeper into our faith as brothers in Christ.
